At this point, Kanye West’s life has started resembling an insane Japanese video game: it’s full of twists and turns, he’s known to keep a voluptuous main squeeze, and you’re never quite sure if he’s the hero or the villain. Well, congrats Yeezy, your life is now officially an insane RPG thanks to game developer Phenix, whose Kanye Quest pits the Chicago Lyrical Wordsmith against a gang of industry clones with the help of a few friends. An 8-Bit Tribute to Kill Bill to Kill Time and Kill Productivity

Thanks to Flavourmachine for affording us so many wasted hours over the years. Without their dedication to wasting time at work, we would probably be millionaires by now. They just created a tribute to one of our favourite Manly Movies, Kill Bill (Vol. 1) titled 88 Madness where you recreate the climatic battle between The Bride and The Crazy 88’s. It’s Sunday, but we wrote this on Monday, so we had no way of knowing that we were going to do that thing at Drinkabout that would get us banned for life. To ease our hangovers and our sorrows, we’re going to spend today getting knee-deep in some 8-Bit gaming. You know the drill: plumber, stomps on mushrooms to save girl who keeps getting “kidnapped,” by giant lizard monster, punchline about how Princess Peach is actually cheating on Mario with King Koopa, etc. etc. Just play it.

Pumpktris: As Unpronouncable as it is Fun

Today is Halloween, and if your home hasn’t been swept away in a Hurricane you might be making the rounds and taking in the festivities. If you happen to have some incredibly inventive neighbours (you don’t) you might run into this playable Tetris pumpkin that cleverly uses the stem as a joystick.
